Just a note to let you know that we sure like all your program upgrades to the PSM program
this year and your future upgrades planned. The digital upgrade has really helped with our
competitive pricing in that area. We have just about gone all digital and are looking at large
format digital printing next year. Since 2004 when we pulled away from the Minuteman Franchise
after 14 years and decided to go with your system, we have enjoyed your great tech support in
setting up our program and the support you constantly give when we have any problems.

We've been using PSM software for our shop from the beginning. The technical support is
all there when needed, the program is easy for our CSR's to use and learn yet it's powerful
enough for all the pricing variables demanded by print, copy and digital shops. We also have
mailing and wide format services and this program handles these pricing functions very nicely.
We have been using Print Shop Manager since November 2003. When we started using it we were
with a national franchise since then our franchise contract has expired and we are on our own.
This program has been the back bone of our business for over 10 years. The program is inexpensive
easy to use and understand and always being upgraded to make it better. The upgrades have been
seamless with no loss of data. PSM tech support is great, very responsive to our needs and
concerned about our business. From printing, copying, digital printing and wide format printing
this program handles it all.
We have been an enthusiastic Print Shop Manager user for more than 15 years – upgrading to the
Windows version in 2004. We have seen PSM continually evolve much like the printing industry itself.
With a key emphasis on supporting our new digital product lines, the program also easily manages
estimating for our traditional prepress, offset and bindery operations. Simple and intuitive to use,
it is sophisticated enough to also handle paper inventory, work orders, customer data/history,
invoicing and receivables with ease. The ability to email quotes and invoices without having to leave
the program saves us time and allows us to respond quickly to customer requests. Networked to each
of our PC’s, PSM gives us the control we need to effectively manage our business without overwhelming
everyone with needless, software complexity. Print Shop Manager is the foundation of our management
systems and responsible for much of our success.
