Estimator
Only: All modules shown in the demonstration, excluding
the Accounts Receivable. The Estimator Only version will produce
a Quote, a Work Order and will print an Invoice. It keeps a
history of all jobs entered. Large Format and the QBooks Link
are optional. EO comes with a license for two concurrent users.
Each additional concurrent user is extra. (1-3 $250.00, 4-6
$200.00, 7+ $175.00).
The EO Version is very useful for internal printing departments and printers who have an established accounting system in place. Coupling the EO Version with the Books Link is also a popular option. |
AR
Version: All modules shown in the demonstration. The AR
Version will produce a Quote, a Work Order and Invoice. The AR
portion is a full Accounts Receivable program. It keeps a history
of all jobs entered. The Large Format option is optional in this
version.
AR comes with a license for two concurrent users. Each additional concurrent user is extra. (1-3 $350.00, 4-6 $300.00, 7+ $250.00). The AR Version is also used in internal printing departments as it keeps track of departmental requests and internal billing. Printers who have an established accounting system in place and opt for the AR Version usually make a daily entry of sales and receivables into their current accounting system. The Quick Books Link will disable the AR menu so this is never used. |
PSM-Mail: PSM-Mail is a full PSM AR Version with
the addition of the Template and Postage Accounting from the Mail Center
Manager program. The MCM program is a full estimating and
management system for Bulk/Direct Mail companies. The Postage
Accounting system is kept separate from the AR system. Postage
Accounting has it's own reports and methods of tracking postage
money.
PSM-Mail comes with a license for two concurrent users. Each additional concurrent user is extra. (1-6 $400.00, 7+ $350.00). This program has been requested several times by Mailers who also print and Printers who also mail. |

Rental
Plan Notes: PSM Rental is an open ended plan that
includes all Maintenance and Support. The monthly fee is paid
quarterly. It is paid in advance at the start of the program and
before the beginning of each quarter. There is a $65.00 one time
setup fee to start the program. The plan can be discontinued at
anytime. This is pure rental program. Only the pro-rated current
quarter can be applied to the purchase of the program.
Many current users have used this plan to setup and try PSM before purchasing the program. |
